Remedy Unveils Deluxe Edition Content for FBC: Firebreak
The upcoming first-person cooperative shooter FBC: Firebreak from Remedy Entertainment is set to launch on June 17, 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The standard edition of the game will be priced at $40, but it will be available for free to subscribers of Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium.
Details of the Deluxe Edition
Remedy is also offering a Deluxe Edition for $50. This version includes two Premium Voice Packs with alternate dialogue, a Scorched Remnant skin for the double-barrel shotgun, and an Apex Revision Firestarter armor set.
Additionally, purchasing the Deluxe Edition grants access to the first set of Classified Requisition missions, called Firestarter. This system works similarly to the Premium Warbonds feature in Helldivers 2. By completing these missions, players can unlock 36 premium cosmetic items, including armor sets, sprays, and weapon skins. All rewards are purely cosmetic and have no impact on gameplay. However, players will need to pay real money to access future Requisition bundles.
Remedy plans to introduce a new Classified Requisition set with each major game update, ensuring a steady flow of additional missions and cosmetic rewards.
Operational Requisition System
At launch, an Operational Requisition set will also be available. This collection includes weapons, equipment, and cosmetic items that players can unlock using in-game earned currency. Remedy confirmed that all Requisition missions and their associated rewards will be permanently available, allowing players to unlock items in any order they prefer. Moreover, players will be able to progress through multiple Requisition missions simultaneously.
